I am so glad Jesse made it but what is to become of him? The police are looking for him, he has no money and his hands are not exactly clean. What are his future prospects?
I was thinking he would head to Brock and take care of ( kidnap) him, but that home is too hot for him to stop by, since mom is dead on the porch after all.
So he is free now. I don't think the police are looking for him, since the one holding him, Hank, is dead. Clean slate. All past is erased. Sell the house, and go live.
I had that pointed out to me as well by a friend TJH. All I can say is I think that was sloppy writing. He should have taken the gun with him but dropping it like he did made a dramatic effect when he told Walt he would have to kill himself.
Well, I doubt if Jesse was worried about prints. He was just glad to not be chained up and shit. Plus I imagine his prints are on the lab equipment as well.
Hi Dan, I just wanted to let you know that I referenced some of your nice points in your Rand Objectivism Primacy of Existence critique at the following link.
Great article and kind words, thanks Rick. You're motivating me to post once again. I will soon when moved to. Lately, we have been discussing things on the DA FB group. Would love to have you join us, the concentration of atheists helps you run things by them, before posting. Stop by. Again thanks for the mention, and I will post your blog on the FB Group. So, expect some more atheists stopping by to complain. :)
For that word? Possibly. It was the character's call sign. It was an ode to him.
But let's flesh out cussing. We are not to, fine. I'm not taking it as you trying to control other people's speech, but it made me think of a quote:
"political correctness is a weapon used to silence people who tell the truth" ~Ayaan Hirsi Ali
So, what balance do we take? I have many friends/family who cuss. Do we chastise them, almost to alienating them, to be sanitized & perfect for God?
Sure, Romans 6 is certainly the goal, but Romans 7:13-25 is our reality. Do we prevent God's gift of freedoms, including speach? Do we cast the first stone, because we're perfect?
We're not perfect, we're perfected. Not better, but better off. We're inheriting the Kingdom. Not because of what we do, but for what Jesus Christ has already done.
PERFECT love is a constant confronter. Rebuke is a form of love. So thank you for the awesome advice, and chastisement. But I am very flawed individual.
"This only serves to confirm my suspicions that I'm still a man in need of a Savior. I want to be in the Light."
So, do we cuss? Yes. Should we? No. Does God give us that path to be sanctified. Absolutely.
Bit.ly/JustandSanct fleshed that out.
I want to know how you don't get angry. I have 6 kids and have a ministry that directly deals with Antichrists daily. Angry seems to be par for the course. But, I'm working hard at it.
Maybe I should try harder?
Thanks again though. I'm curious how people cannot be angry in this sick evil world, in the flesh. Any pointers?
I am not trying to control you, or anybody for that matter. No offense was intended. I simply made the observation because I know that I am not the kind who normally swears, even when angry. I try my best to not hold anger in my heart and be merciful--we should all strive to do that.

ReplyDelete@Dan
ReplyDeletesorry man but when I saw your new blog photo the first thing that went through my mind was "HERES JESUS" spoken in Jack Nicholson's voice of course.
Exactly, to an Atheist that might be a frightening thing. To a Christian, its just Daddy. :)
DeleteMerry Christmas and/or a Happy Winter Begin from chilly Vienna, Dan!

"Hey Jesse Pinkman, You made it Bitch!"
ReplyDeleteThis is wrong:
"But now you must put them all away: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and obscene talk from your mouth." (Colossians 3:8).
