  1. Have you read the first few sentences of your first article Dan? Just why was that guy "flabbergasted" again?

    1. I am sure warning of hell is being treated like dirt, from the perspective of the Atheists. That is not true though.

As you fully know, perfect love is a constant confronter.

    2. Hell doesn't exist, Dan, as you well know, but deny in selfrighteousness

Another knowledge claim for us to examine. You speak as if you're absolutely certain about this. Are you?

    4. Dan, you know damned well that "warning of hell" is the least of the offenses of you people.

  2. The first story is a nice heartwarming tale of Christians actually helping atheists for once, which is in contrast to other stories, of christian interaction with atheists.

The second would be amusing if it wasn't so disturbing that Christians are so dangerously reckless as to dump slippery oil on a highway because they think it will make people safer. It speaks volumes.

    1. The oil was washed away a year before the Atheists came to do their SYMBOLIC, religious washing.

Nice try at spinning it though. Hit ...and a miss.

    2. Did you notice this from your article, Dan?

Wachs said the eight members of the Humanists of Florida Association who brought buckets of water to the roadway today did so in jest.

“They understand that a year later, there’s no oil left on the roadway. It’s just a symbolic gesture to show that we can poke a little bit of fun at the Polk Under Prayer gesture. We’re not going to tolerate their bigotry,” Wachs said.

Dan, aren't you the one who whenver you get caught insulting people here claim to be joking? Well, so where those athiests your're whining about.

No are you claiming that Max was merely joking when he said:

"The second would be amusing if it wasn't so disturbing that Christians are so dangerously reckless as to dump slippery oil on a highway because they think it will make people safer."

So Atheists came out and symbolically washed the oil away and proclaimed, "Just joking" and they were merely there to "poke a little bit of fun" after the fact?

What were you saying about, "caught insulting people here claim to be joking?"

      Smoking irony meter

    4. I have no idea what Max was thinking; I'm not him. Now, back to you, yes. Several times in your blog you claim to be joking or that we atheists don't have a sense of humour when you insult us.

Now when those guys wash a road, you get offended? Yeah, smoking irony meter alright.

Now, as to another religious incident.

  3. Umm - what volumes are being spoken in your opinion, Dan?

So in the first, some Christians who put people ahead of ritual and dogma reach out to someone in need. (I'm glad to know many Christians who would do the same, just as I'm glad to know atheists who would do the same for a Christian.) The sad thing is that it's considered "news".

In the second, we have a group of Christians conducting a ceremony that really is designed to demonize non-Christians and enforce their status as outcasts. So the non-Christians respond by (gasp) doing a silly little ceremony in return to make a point. I'm not sure where your concern is here - are you upset that the non-Christians had the temerity to express their opinion, or are you upset that the original Christian ceremony wasn't inclusive (it could have requested God to make the town safe for *ALL* residents regardless of faith)?

  4. I think we all know the answer to this: ...are you upset that the non-Christians had the temerity to express their opinion, or are you upset that the original Christian ceremony wasn't inclusive....
