Defiance
Yet another one in Hell by choice. You cannot cry that we have NOT tried.
Regret = the Atheist's reality in Hell.
Update: Some think I hate Hitch in some way, and that I am glad that he is in Hell. Nothing can be further from the truth. I am frustrated and angry at his defiance. He is my favorite of the four horsemem. I want nothing more then for all Atheists to stop the denial, and this post is a plea.
Again, I beg you to repent and turn from rejecting the God you know exists, and accept the free gift of Jesus Christ's payment for your sins, so that you might be saved from Hell, spend an eternity with God, AND have a firm foundation for your reasoning NOW.

I Was An Atheist
In a discussion with Pvblivs on his blog I ranted about being an Atheist. Here is what I said in a couple of the comments:
“For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. For it is written: "I will destroy the wisdom of the wise; the intelligence of the intelligent I will frustrate.” Where is the wise man? Where is the scholar? Where is the philosopher of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world?” (1 Corinthians 1: 18-20)
“The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned.” (1 Corinthians 2:14)
This is why, no matter if you believe it or not, repentance comes BEFORE knowledge of truth, not after: 2 Timothy 2:24-26, John 3:12, Jeremiah 33:3, 2 Corinthians 3:15-16.
I can personally attest to that. I repented before knowing God. As a 21 year old, just out of the military Atheist, I was handed this tract by a wonderful couple that I met while being a life guard. They left such a positive impression on me that I remember thinking that she is the kind of woman that I would want to marry someday. After reading that tract, I sincerely said to Christ "If you are real, please show me." "If all this is true, then I am in real trouble, and I am sorry. Help me" and the like.

Good Question
The good question was, "why do you even care?" Although, we know the answer to that question.
I was not even going to comment on this subject because I believe the Atheists were burying themselves enough in this P.R. nightmare to not have to dignify any sort of a retort. Then last night I saw this:

Santa Syndrome
We have discussed this subject of Santa many times here, but its catching on quite a bit as evidenced by what Ricky Gervais just said (strong language aside) on the Daily Show. So let's reference to this post in the future.
A few days ago I watched a video of shockofgod, who is discussing about this very subject many times in his videos and dubbed the term "Santa Syndrome" in 2006, he pointed out this video from MrBelrox that drives the point home well:

Backsliding Atheist
Over at Vox Day's place, writer of The Irrational Atheist, he shares with us an ex-Atheist who explains his story of an intellectual journey towards the rational. Interesting.
A promising "Vox" day.
Psst, do yourself a favor and go read The Irrational Atheist for free even.

Children in Hell?
A new Atheist came to me and started to ask some questions. I am very pleased that Atheists do this because it may mean they are still searching for the truth.I welcome all questions and will do my best to answer any inquiries about God, faith, Christianity, or my beliefs. Just please be serious about these questions. Don't seek to trip me up, seek the knowledge that there possibly is a God and you may have missed something important.
TimAtheist asked: I am glad that you do not take well to saying that young children are not to be held responsible. However, does your religion agree with you?
Yes completely. God is not the evil overlord that many believe He is. God is not "an evil tyrant Who condemns innocent children to eternal destruction." He is kind, loving, and just that knows all things. His righteousness is more then we could ever imagine. God would not arbitrarily send children to hell, just because they are too young. In fact, children go to Heaven.
I found an article written by our friend Kyle Butt, M.A. that makes the case. He wrote:
"In 2 Samuel 12, King David's newborn son fell terminally ill. After seven days, the child died. In verses 22 and 23, the Bible records that David said: "While the child was alive, I fasted and wept; for I said, 'Who can tell whether the Lord will be gracious to me, that the child may live?' But now he is dead; why should I fast? Can I bring him back again? I shall go to him, but he shall not return to me."
It is clear that David's dead infant son would never return to this Earth, but David also said that one day, he would go to be with his son. Through inspiration, David documented that his own eternal destination was going to be " in the house of the Lord" (Psalm 23:6). Therefore, we can conclude that "the house of the Lord" would be the eternal destination of his infant son to whom David would one day go. King David was looking forward to the day when he would be able to meet his son in heaven. Absolutely nothing in this context gives any hint that the dead infant son's soul would go to hell."
He also added:
Matthew 18:3-5 "And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven. And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me."
Luke 18:16-17 "But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God. Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child shall in no wise enter therein."
TimAtheist also said: "I hear that a very common teaching is that we immediately inherit Adam's sin, that we are born into a "sin nature."
In that same article Butt shows that children do not “inherit” the sins of their parents. Butt writes:"In Ezekiel 18:20, the Bible says: "The soul who sins shall die. The son shall not bear the guilt of the father, nor the father bear the guilt of the son." Also, in Exodus 32, Moses pleaded with God to forgive the sins of the Israelites when he said: "Yet now, if You will forgive their sin—but if not, I pray, blot me out of Your book which You have written. And the Lord said to Moses, 'Whoever has sinned against Me, I will blot him out of My book' (Exodus 32:32-33). The Bible is plain in its teaching that babies do not inherit the sins of their parents. One commonly misapplied scripture used to teach that infants inherit sin is Psalm 51:5-6, which has been dealt with in detail by Wayne Jackson (2000)"
Butt concludes: "Therefore, we have been given a specific example in the Old Testament of an infant who died and would live forever in heaven. And Jesus Christ Himself, in the New Testament, stated that little children retain the qualities that make a person eligible to inherit the kingdom of God. We see, then, that infants and small children that die are in a safe state, and will live eternally in heaven."
Steven Curtis Chapman just wrote a brand new song about his daughter that he lost because of a very unfortunate accident. God gives us hope, not despair, children go to Heaven. (Revelation 21:4)

In The Evil Home Of The Most Hated Woman In America
Madalyn Murray O'Hair proudly coined herself as the the most hated woman in America in a magazine interview, was best known for suing in 1963 to have prayer removed in the public school system in Murray v. Curlett, ultimately the Supreme Court ruled in her favor on June 17, 1963 and the start, of the religion secular humanism, began their target of the Public School system. You really believe the School system is better off taking God out of it, huh? It all stems from Murray v. Curlett in 1963, How can you ignore the mathematical statistics of how today's school systems are failing since the removal of prayer, the Bible and God. In the early 60's 1 and 40 had an STD, today that number is 1 and 3. Abortions, drugs, teen pregnancy, subsides, murders, even education, just pick a subject and it can be linked that that faithless day in 1963.
Blindness is not supposed to be a scientist strong point. Look at the evidence and THEN make a conclusion. So how did atheistic globalists movement help the Soviet Union? Blind science has no use at all in this world. The universe points to a Creator, entire populous and even scientist believe this to be true, but the fringe globalist deniers that believe more in their god Richard Dawkins, is delusional.
Madalyn O'Hair founded American Atheists
"There is no God. There's no heaven. There's no hell. There are no angels. When you die, you go in the ground, the worms eat you." ~Madalyn Murray O’Hair
On a side note: “He alone, who owns the youth, gains the future.” ~ Adolf Hitler
An American Humanist named John Dunphy, echoed Madalyn Murray O'Hair's tactics, and said in 1983:
"I am convinced that the battle for humankind's future must be waged and won in the public school classroom by teachers who correctly perceive their role as the proselytizers of a new faith: a religion of humanity that recognizes and respects the spark of what theologians call divinity in every human being. These teachers must embody the same selfless dedication as the most rabid fundamentalist preachers, for they will be ministers of another sort, utilizing a classroom instead of a pulpit to convey humanist values in whatever subject they teach, regardless of the educational level--preschool day care or large state university. The classroom must and will become an arena of conflict between the old and the new--the rotting corpse of Christianity, together with all its adjacent evils and misery, and the new faith of humanism." ~“A Religion for a New Age,” published in The Humanist magazine’s January-February 1983 issue.
In 1995 Madalyn Murray O'Hair disappeared suddenly along with her son Jon and granddaughter Robin (daughter of her other son, William J. Murray) Speculation abounded, some atheists wrongly accused Christians of doing such a thing, but it turned out one of her own atheist cronies did it named David Roland Waters.

Waters, who felt he had no moral authority to be held accountable, had previous convictions for violent crimes, there also were several suspicious burglaries during his time working at American Atheists with O'Hair, and he pleaded guilty earlier in 1995 to stealing $54,000 from American Atheists.
Shortly after pleading guilty in a 'Members Only' article, in the American Atheists newsletter, O'Hair detailed every one of Waters' prior crimes, including a 1977 battery charge in which Waters beat his own mother. O'Hair called the incident "especially chilling" and said it "included his beating her with a broom handle, breaking wall plaques over her head, cursing, urinating in her face and demolishing her apartment."
The murder investigation narrowed to David Waters and in January 2001, Waters informed the police that the O'Hairs were buried on a Texas ranch. Waters, serving 60 years, agreed to lead investigators to the grave as part of a federal plea agreement guaranteeing that he won't be charged in the killings. He died of prison of liver decease in 2003.
What was it like to grow up with this woman?
Personally I was raised an atheist and my dad tried to convince me that 'lying for gain' is perfectly alright to do. I never connected with my dad like my other siblings did. I thought he was wrong my whole life. I remember, at age 7, when my mom was going to leave dad if he didn't get rid of the vast playboy collection that he had. He supplied the neighborhood with a plethora of viewing material, one trash night. Needless to say they never made it to the landfill.
O'hair's other son, William J. Murray said: When I was a young boy of ten or eleven years old she would come home and brag about spending the day in X-rated movie theaters in downtown Baltimore. She was proud of the fact she was the only woman in the movie house watching this filth. My mother’s whole life circulated around such things. She even wrote articles for Larry Flynt’s pornographic magazine, Hustler. My mother lived in spiritual death as Paul writes: "But she that liveth in pleasure is dead while she liveth." I Timothy 5:6
The O'Hair's had statuettes of mating animals on virtually every piece of furniture. There was a full cabinet of booze and a refrigerator full of foods high in fat and sugar. They liked to live a life which my mother called "high off the hog".
William J. Murray admitted that toward the end he had lost hope for his mother’s conversion. The last ten years of her life she became even more profane and vulgar as the demons she courted got their final hold on her. The media stopped courting her because of the number of profane words she would use which they had to edit out.William J. Murray said "My mother was an evil person ... Not for removing prayer from America’s schools ... No ... She was just evil. She stole huge amounts of money. She misused the trust of people. She cheated children out of their parents’ inheritance. She cheated on her taxes and even stole from her own organizations. She once printed up phony stock certificates on her own printing press to try to take over another atheist publishing company. I could go on but I won’t. All the money my mother made in this manner stayed behind. It did not go with her. "For we brought nothing into this world and it is certain we can carry nothing out." I Timothy 6:7
William J. Murray is a self-professed born again Christian who wrote 'My Life Without God' and is heading the William J. Murray Evangelistic Association. He is the chairman of the Religious Freedom Coalition, a socially conservative organization in Washington, D.C. He has been active on issues related to aiding Christians in Islamic and Communist nations. These days he would greatly like to see creation science taught alongside evolution in public schools. "I think it’s imperative that it is, because the kids are being taught some kind of theory that changes every 10 years. I was taught in school one type of evolution, now the children are being taught another type. Creation science has much more credibility." (Creation 15(2):36–37 March 1993)
He regards as ‘ridiculous’ the idea that an ape-like creature could give birth to a human.
Although his upbringing was negative and tragic, I am pleased that this one apple, like me, fell far from the tree. Thank the Lord! Bless you William J. Murray!
