Confident Christianity

In reading things about Mary Jo Sharp, I noticed many links on her facebook page that I wanted to examine more. So as a convenience to myself, and hopefully a great resource to all of you, I am posting them for future reading.

  1. Brian,

I added one more at the bottom since it was mistakenly overlooked :)

  2. I thought I'd left a comment here before, but maybe I'm wrong; I've been having word verification issues with blogspot over the last several days.

I originally wanted to say that I didn't disagree with much of what Jo Sharp had to say (from having read through the last half dozen entries at her blog). I think your arguments would gain some credibility if you started taking some cues from her brand of apologism.

  3. Wem,

Yea Stan alerted me to the problem on my other blog. Please let me know if there are future problems. I would hate opinions to get lost.

As far as Jo Sharp, I am just getting to know her and need to read a lot more as time permits. In the mean time can you tell me how do you account for the universal, abstract, invariant laws of logic, on what basis do you proceed with the assumption that they will not change, and how is it possible to know anything for certain according to YOUR worldview? :7)

  4. MJ is one of my best friends on the 'web and now in "real life" since I met her at the ETS in Providence last November. Check out Ben Maas on the group there for another good friend (he's Van Tillian Presup). I'm Darrin Rasberry on that group.

  5. There's no need to account for things which don't exist, Dan.

You presuppose your ability to reason too, Dan. You're required to do this prior to receiving divine revelation - so as soon as you can account for yours, I'll account for mine.

    Deal?
