Peter and Paul are Right!

Atheists are not the only people that needs to be debunked...

(Continuation of Crisis of Credit Visualized and Push Towards Governmental Atheism and Socialism)

Ludwig von Mises said: "If one rejects laissez faire on account of mans fallibility and moral weakness, one must for the same reason also reject every kind of government action."

"A society that chooses between capitalism and socialism does not choose between two social systems; it chooses between social cooperation and the disintegration of society. Socialism: is not an alternative to capitalism; it is an alternative to any system under which men can live as human beings."

"The salesman thanks the customer for patronizing his shop and asks him to come again. But the socialists say: Be grateful to Hitler, render thanks to Stalin; be nice and submissive, then the great man will be kind to you later too."

People chose to bankrupt America when they voted for this current president and Congress. They also wanted their freedoms taken from them. Biblical prophecies are being fulfilled. Time is short. Take Peter Schiff's advice to save yourself.

  1. Careful, Dan, I think you are channeling Glenn Beck. At least you are repeating something you read at World Nut Daily.

Our Constitutional Republic is firmly intact and that won't change anytime soon.

You are confusing social programs with dictatorships. I hope you can see this major distortion that is commonly perpetuated by right wing fundamentalists.

Taken to the logical conclusion, laissez faire capitalism, a term used to describe a policy of allowing events to take their own course. there would be no more Social Security, Unemployment compensation, MediCare, welfare, etc, etc.

"A society that chooses between capitalism and socialism does not choose between two social systems; it chooses between social cooperation and the disintegration of society."

You have been duped by this hyperbole. Noone is choosing between Socialism and capitalism.
We are making choices on to best care for the members of our society.

"The salesman thanks the customer for patronizing his shop and asks him to come again. But the socialists say: Be grateful to Hitler, render thanks to Stalin; be nice and submissive, then the great man will be kind to you later too."

The moment someone starts to compare our very successful form of government to Hitler and Stalin, you know they are way out there.

"People chose to bankrupt America when they voted for this current president. They also wanted their freedoms taken from them. Biblical prophecies are being fulfilled. Time is short. Take Peter Schiff's advice to save yourself."

No Dan, Bush bankrupted the country. You can't have guns and butter.
The other part of this was caused by the capitalists you support so much playing fast and loose with business practices. Both political parties contributed to this (I am an equal opportunity political basher as well as a critic of all religions.)

The government is by no means perfect but if the concept of laissez faire is allowed to follow it's natural couse you would find yourself at the mercy of a few monopolies that would control every move you made.
Laissez-faire activists support little or no state intervention on economic issues.

This was exactly the way things were done in the early 1900s when Ida Tarbell wrote her now famous book, "The History of the Standard Oil Company."

She exposed these "Tusts" (monopolies) for what they were. They would bankrupt anyone that didn't set their prices as they told them to.

Tarbell's book brought about the first anti-trust laws ever passed in this country.

In the days when LF caitalism was the flavor of the day the capitalists, including John D. Rockefeller and Dale Carnegie were ruthless and unscrupulous businessmen and they controlled every aspect of the economey. ofinflicted untold misery, agony and grief on not only their comtetitors, but the workers.

Men were killed in the steel mills in Pittsburgh every day. Coal miners died weekly, children and women were worked half to death.

Societies usually end up being judged on how they care for their young and there elderly. LF capitalism cares not for the welfare of either. It's every man for himself.

Is that the way you want it to be?

I am cutting you a huge break here because it is obvious that you are merely parroting the radical right wing line while having not thought this through for youself.

Business and politics go through cycles. It's like driving a car down a road at 25 miles/ hr blindfolded. There are rumble markers on both the right and left side. When you hit the rumbe on the left you steer right until you hit that rimble and then you steer left. Those markers are called statistical limits.

We, the people set those limits by who we vote for. Most fundamentalists, I find in my experience are very simplistic in their approach to who should lead the country and what cocepts should be followed, but history shows that once a party is in power to long, they become corrupted and we change that with our vote.

I'm trying to make this as simple as I can, but these systems are much more dynamic and complicated than your couple of ignorant quotations would lead us to believe.

The Serman antitrust act was the first law that tried to bring down the monopolies and after Tarbell's book, the Clayton act closed the loopholes.

Our founding document and form of government is firmly in place.

Don't make the mistake of confusing social programs with an autocratic form of government.

  2. Dan:

Eight years of Bush policies helped create the mess we currently see. Seriously, how can you say that voting for Obama was voting to bankrupt the U.S. when we have had the economic trouble since before most people even heard of him?
Incidentally, since all your attempts to debunk atheists have been complete failures, are you going to change the name of your blog for accuracy?

  3. Pvblivs,
"Incidentally, since all your attempts to debunk atheists have been complete failures, are you going to change the name of your blog for accuracy?"

I have fixed the name for Dan.

We are the Debunking Atheists. It is clear that we have taken over this blog as our own, since we are the Debunking Atheists, debunking theism wherever we go.

I plan to allow Dan to post the fundy line so we can continue to debunk them. It's like shooting fish in a barrell, I know, but rather fun nonetheless.

To all of my fellow Debunking Atheists,

We hereby claim this blog as our own. We own Dan and he knows it.

    Be nice to him.

  4. Bush is just as much a one world socialist as Obama is.
They are both working for the same team.
I think most have had their eyes opened about Bush's deceptions, or Republican claims to conservatism, both fiscal and moral.

And if you don't think that Obama has shifted gears in the headlong race to destroy America's sovereignty in building the NWO, you are just simply being ignorant.

The mask fell off about 3 1/2 years ago.

Sarkozy, Brown, Blair, Obama, etc. all are openly talking about 1 world regimes, currency, courts, etc.

All of it, prophesied in the bible thousands of years ago, fulfilled in our day.

    Combined with the Jews back in the Promised land, in control of Jerusalem; the Russia/Gog/Magog/Iran alliance (Ezekiel 38)and much, much more;
the end times signs are overwhelming to those with eyes to see.

  5. Atheists are not the only people that needs to be debunked...

Dan has declared us a people now!
    The people of Atheism!
    Where are our promised lands?

Sorry, got carried away by the word "needs".

Ludwig von Mises said: "If one rejects laissez faire on account of mans fallibility and moral weakness, one must for the same reason also reject every kind of government action."

The answer is very simple: democracy.

Not perfect, but it will take you a long way aldready in preventing that man's 'moral weaknesses' prevail in governement decisions.

Hitler and Stalin did not work well because dictatorship made a single man's fallability and moral weakness prevail.

Neither socialism nor liberalism imply dictatorship or democracy. Collonialism and corporations, for instance, are capitalistic dictatorships.

So the blabber of mr. Von Mises is easily debunked:
He compares dictatorship to democracy, not socialism to liberalism.

    Next.

Dan, you idiot. It's not the current president who got us into this mess, he's only trying to get us out of it.

    Geezus....

  7. Reynold,

Dan, you idiot. It's not the current president who got us into this mess, he's only trying to get us out of it.

Do you really believe that? Dude, you are obviously not listening.

"Socialism: is not an alternative to capitalism; it is an alternative to any system under which men can live as human beings."

You are clearly deluded about Jesus and economics. What else are you totally wrong about?

I fully admit that lousy Neo-Con Bush and cronies blew it also.

You made me rethink my point though so thank you.

It should read" People chose to bankrupt America when they voted for this current president and Congress. Thank you.
