Your videos are generally not worth anyone's time. If there is a point, you can make it with the text.

This is not the Oprah show like you are used to, we do not provide daily transcripts. :7)

First, I do not follow Oprah. You do not know me as well as you pretend. Second, I have gotten tired of your videos that go nowhere. I have no desire to sit through the length of video to be able to confirm that there is no point. As I said, if there is a point, you can make it with the text you type. If there is no point (perhaps it is 10 minutes of watching people prepare for a cremony, with nothing discernable said) I don't want to waste my time watching it.

  4. Pvb,

As a consolation, you can click on the Red arrow button and turn on the Closed Caption button to translate the Audio. If you desire text that much that is. :7)

Lighten up. Bitter and angry are not your strongest suits.

  5.      Neither bitter, nor angry. I'm just not interested in sitting through long videos that don't go anywhere. And you have posted those. For this purpose, closed captioning is rather meaningless. I am concerned about your videos and their tendency to be filled with things that might as well be dead air. I would have you make the point with text so that you would get to the point. And I suspect that you want people to sit through the video because there is no point to get to. That's all. I think it's a "keep 'em busy" tactic; and I don't want to cooperate with it.

  6. Actually, that video is quite short, and quite amusing. Definitely no down to your usual standards Dan ;-)

Glad you have Dan's motives and methods all figured out so you don't have to waste your time. Uh, why are you even here? I mean, besides trolling?

  10. What next, Tadpole? Typo pouncing? Not that you're set the standards for sentence composition. You are a desperate, mean-spirited little troll.

  11. Again with the Molotov nonsense Dan.

The problems of Greece are many, and socialism really isnt the cause. They have had left AND right wing governments, and the problems they have existed under both. They simply lived beyond their means, they have historic problems with tax evasion and lots of corruption. These are not problems caused by "socialism", or whatever you or Molotov think socialism is.

There are left AND right wing countries in financial trouble. Tying to pin Greece's problems on being "socialist" is like blaming a bankrupt gambler's choice of shoes for his bankrupcy. Those shoes didnt lead to bankrupcy ....

  12. Dan, the "go watch this video" is uninteresting. I'm not exactly inspired to do so. If I wanted to hear what that guy had to say, I'd trawl youtube, rather than check out blogs. Even if you agree with 100% of what's said, some commentary is still preferred.

Wait, why exactly is socialism bad? Why does God endorse capitalism?

  13. Ethan,

    >>Even if you agree with 100% of what's said, some commentary is still preferred.

Fine I do understand your point but that in itself is flawed. Why would anyone add commentary to a well explained point? To drive home my point here is a fine example of someone trying to explain Star Wars to people. It just loses the message along the way. I stand clear of perfection and let the message come across clearly. Some people are better at making points then others. Sometimes we just get in the way. Agree?

Well, it loses the message completely if, for want of even so much as a summary, people don't check out your link. But perhaps nothingness is the message coming across clearly.

  15. Greece, "socialism's ideal"?

Probably only picked such by you guys since it's economic policies failed.

I prefer Canada's: Capitalism with some gov't oversight. Our banks have had no troubles other than the fact that our economy is linked so closely with the States (whose financial meltdown in '08 showcased just how good an unregulated capitalist economy goes).

No bailouts, no nothing for our banks.

Even now, our economists are saying that what's happening in Greece isn't affecting us much directly.
